This book is great. I am using this often already. Just to verify my knowledge and it has truly helped to have around! Packaging and delivery was great

I found this text an excellent addition to the state entry real estate courses. The licensing exam has a State exam and a National exam- both must be passed to obtain a license. Though the state courses are thorough, I have found when taking practice National exams I had not been exposed to some terms. The Language of Real Estate provides thorough information for Real Estate terms and make references to similar terms in the definition. This text was listed as a reference in the Real Estate Candidate Handbook provided on line for those who are preparing for the licensing exam. Since including this text in my exam prep, I have improved my National Exam practice test scores. I feel I will be more ready for the licensing exam!

Better than any real estate dictionary! Chalked full of great examples, definitions, I love this book and would highly recommend this for starting out in real estate to seasoned realtors

I am a licensed Real Estate Instructor in GA and I swear by this book. I plan on including it in my resources I give out to every class from here forward. It is essentially a real estate dictionary, so you don't read through it, you look up words that you don't quite understand.

Bought this as a birthday present for a friend who just got their commercial real estate license. They are really enjoying it, finding it very helpful (especially as a beginner).

I understand the vocabulary is the most important part of my state test. This book has helped me get ready for my state exam.
