According to the tell tell size chart, I ordered a L. Apparently, I needed a XXL because theres no way in the world I can adjust this like the directions said. So I really cant say if it helps or not. I cant use it. But I did order a L so it wasn't the company's fault.

I wore the brace a few days to test it out and the difference was like night and day. The heavy ,achy pain I always have in my upper back between my shoulders is gone and it even seems to help with my rotator cuff pain. It's a little uncomfortable in the armpit area until you get used to it but the straps are adjustable so you can loosen them when you need to but the brace itself is soft. I never realized how bad I actually slouched until I started wearing this but it's definitely has helped a lot. I would recommend.

While I understand it is a universal size, there is not enough variability in the width. There are adjustments for the circumference of my arms why not the width of my back. In my case it was too large and didn't properly fit the width of my back.

I tend to slouch and have back pain when standing for any length of time. I tried others but this is great. It Straightens my back and uses my pain almost immediately. It isn’t discrete so I don’t think you could really wear it under anything without it being noticed. However if you want to ease your pain while doing your daily activities This will do it.

Constantly moves up and need constant pulling down and gets very uncomfortable

This cut into my arm pits and was not comfortable enough to want to wear it to correct my posture. It would be very little time before it had rubbed my under arm enough to not want to wear it. I️ returned it and will go with another product.

It made my armpits really sore and chapped.
