Bought this to replace the more expensive thicker canvas log roll I had but gave to my dad. It is from the same brand/people. At first I was disappointed as it’s a different beast to the one I gave away! Since using it I’m changing my opinion, it does just as well and in many ways is more versatile! It’s longer with enclosed ends so is not only relying on the roll effect to carry things! Now I’m thinking it will also be good for bringing fresh produce back from my allotment in the summer!

It's a good enough carrier for the purpose. It certainly looks and feels solid. However, to the extent that it all these products are the same, one has to look to the details for distinguishing features. And here the design is a bit shoddy. The velcro bit which should wrap around the handles for comfort is nice and thick, but it's simply too short, so it's a struggle to close it even with a light load (with a fuller one it's really difficult as the wood pulls on the sides).This is completely unnecessary and could be avoided with a 1/2 inch longer wrap-around piece.

I have recently bought one of these to carry the logs from my log store. It's a very sturdy and heavy duty log carrier, easily holding a day's amount of logs I need for my stove. Very easy to use. Made of thick fabric with a wax treatment so it's water resistant/repellent. The handle fits comfortably in my hand and makes the daily chore of bringing the logs from the log store so much easier.I would certainly recommend this product to anyone who uses a log burner or those who like outdoors and camping. Simply brilliant, durable, and lightweight.

Bought this for Christmas so we could bring logs in during festive season and we really are impressed - it is strong well made and easy to stack the logs in. Very good buy and a great price

I use this for carrying eight 35cm logs from my outdoor wood pile to my stove. It is more than robust enough for this and looks like it should last longer than the hessian one it replaced. It looks smart enough to sit by the stove in the living space in between uses.
