I believe in taking digestive enzymes and proteolytic enzymes. Over the years, I have used several different digestive enzymes until I found Solgar Comfort Zone. Neither grocery stores, nor Amazon seem to keep a good stock amount. It is now no longer listed on the Solgar website! PLEASE, BRING IT BACK!! It works. When I take this brand … No flatulence. No gas. No bloated tummy. And, best value for my money.

I have no gall bladder, but occasionally still enjoy fairly rich meals. In addition, I have severe reflux and lower GI issues due to nerve damage. So to ensure I have minimal GI distress, I take one of these digestive enzyme capsules right after eating, and it seems to minimize any ill effects of bloating, gas and/or nausea. I recommend these highly! I always keep them in my purse when dining out especially. Before I starting using these enzymes, I would have to lay down until my symptoms went away- the discomfort was very uncomfortable. I'm able to enjoy rich foods on occasion again!

I’ve been using this product for a couple of years for lactose and cruciferous vegetables. One capsule works great when taken with the food or soon after. The fennel and cumin smell good and make it pleasant to take. I carry these with me all the time. Gelato happens!

It definitely works the way it says it will. I have had issues with my BM and this has really helped me regulate it. The great thing about this product is that it doesn't give me any tummy aches or makes me have an emergency restroom break the way other products have worked for me. I drink them 3 times a day with each meal, I drink it at least 3-5 mins before I start eating just to give it time to do its job. If your looking for something that you can take with ease and not have to worry about any bad side effects, this is definitely the product for you!

The best digestive supplement that I have found so far. There is cumin in the ingredients and that somehow makes the pills smell like socks or something (oddly because I usually like the smell of cumin - but maybe the mixture of the ingredients). But they really work for me so I can get over the smell.

ottimo prodotto per avere una pancia finalmente "silenziosa". Ha un odore e gusto di finocchio e anice appena messa la capsula in bocca ma poi una volta ingoiata non si sente più nulla e non ha retrogusto, per me è una fortuna perché non amo gli aromi di anice e finocchio. L'arrivo del prodotto è stata una lunga attesa perché la prima volta è arrivato il barattolo di vetro con il fondo rotto e le capsule fuoriuscite e in mezzo ai pezzi di vetro (non era stato imballato con il pluriball). Ho contattato il venditore che ha provveduto alla sostituzione del prodotto ( tre settimane di scambi di mail praticamente per seguire tutti i passaggi...). Ho provato diversi prodotti Solgar e devo dire che funzionano e mi piace il fatto che siano sempre perfettamente sigillati e con barattolo in vetro. Assolutamente lo consiglio a chi ha problemi di digestione o intestinali

Lo uso da più di un mese e i risultati sono ottimi. Gradualmente ha ridotto il gonfiore e migliorato il metabolismo. Lo consiglierei a chi ha una colite di tipo putrefattivo, problemi di gonfiore e metabolismo rallentato. Abbinato ad una dieta sana e leggera aiuta molto senza dover rinunciare a nessuna categoria di alimenti.

Nel mio caso funziona abbastanza, ma non aspettatevi la svolta. Ho notato più un miglioramento della digestione che una limitazione della pancia gonfia. La presenza della camomilla può dare sonnolenza e all'inizio ho notato una certa stitichezza. Tuttavia ho continuato a prenderlo con buoni risultati la sera, perchè digerivo meglio nel sonno. Secondo me va testato caso per caso, ma controindicazioni importanti non mi sembra vi siano.
