I just got 8 of these (2 sets of 4) and I was hesitant because of all the comments saying they arrived broken. They came in PERFECT condition. I order another set of 4 (because I needed 9 total) and just finished my DIY photo wall.Don’t always go by the negative reviewers. I bought two sets of these frames to do a gallery wall above our piano. I was a little worried they would come broken (like other reviewers said), but was pleasantly surprised they were all intact! The packing seemed adequate, bubble wrap and foam protection on corners. These could only be improved by adding a thicker insert in the back so that pictures don't slide down as easily once hung. Or, just do what I did, which is stick a piece of scotch tape on the backside once you have it where you want it, voila!Update: Only annoying thing about these frames is the mounting hardware. It is not even. If you want to hang in landscape format, measure each bracket for position before you put nails in your wall. They are not mounted evenly all, which honestly made a short afternoon into a PIA.

Bought these 11x14 frames with the intention of placing 8x10 prints in each frame & hanging them on a wall where my wall color would be seen around the glass perimeter. As soon as I lifted one of the frames to place on the wall, the print which was positioned between the 2 pieces of glass fell to the bottom of the frame. I thought perhaps it was just that one frame, but the rest of my pics did the same thing. So I screwed the little tabs located on the back of the frame, as tight as possible, but that didn't help one bit. These would have been really nice if my prints actually stayed "floated" in place. Unfortunately, I need to return. Bummer🙁

These frames are beautiful & at a great price! Only thing I was not too happy about was one of the frames came with some damage so I will have to cover it up with some Sharpie. Also I thought I was purchasing frames for my 8x10 pictures that would make them appear as floating. The frames were the exact size needed to fill the whole frame with the picture. However, the end product (my baby nursery) came out beautiful!

I really like the look of these frames -- they were easy to put together. As for fingerprints, I used cotton archival gloves while handling the glass and the drawings. Also wiped the glass down with cleaner that is designed to be anti-static, so no funny moves by the paper while placing the backing glass.

The product is obviously very low quality. The frames themselves arrived scuffed and one of the two I looked at had a chunk missing from the front (pictured). The glass had five or six scratches all along one side (pictured, you can see one scratch where the other black frame is below it). The edges of the glass were extremely sharp and the one I took out of the frame was chipped (pictured). If you buy these, be very careful when putting pictures inside. I opened these two that were packaged together but didn’t bother to open the other two since these were unusable. Really disappointing. Amazon refunded my money.

I like the look of these frames, but would not purchase again. They came packaged well, however most of the frames had scratched on them. They are small, and against the black wall you don’t see them. I’m not sure how that would work against a different wall color. The photos are a pain to align, but that’s a given with double glass. I tried to handle the frame as little as possible and super gentle.. you can hear the corners grinding and they could break any second. I’m not sure I’ll ever switch these photos out. If I could go back, I would just purchase normal frames. But these do look good.

I bought this to give as gifts. The frames themselves are beautiful and I'm excited to give them away, BUT when I was putting the pictures in place, I cut myself a bunch of times because the actual glass is so sharp or not sanded down? Either way, I'm typing this with 5 bandaids on lol.
