I Love this Henna dye, I've used it probably about 5 times now and as long as you follow the instructions it works wonders! I like that when it fades out of my hair it looks natural unlike chemical dyes! My hair ends up with red tones and some highlighting through as it fades but still looks good and the dye does have a more natural look when it's freshly done as well. I wear the gloves and just use my hands to apply it ( I cover my bathroom is dark colored towels too) lol it's messy but worth it and I've gotten more adept about not making a mess. My hair is almost to my waist it's very long and henna has made it grow like crazy.

I had. As you can see, about 4 cm of blondish roots. I have needed to henna my hair (as I have done for 15 years, not new to this) for weeks, but I was busy, lazy...I have to attend an important event, which was last minute, so I ordered this assuming henna, is henna. It could ship overnight.It arrived this morning. It was hard to open, because the seal sticker aroma the top would not come off. See photo. After 20 minutes, I got it open and noticed that inside was a bit damp, the inside was spotted with dark stuff and there was only one glove. The henna looked sealed in the inside bag and I was desperate to do this hair. So I tried it. First, since I was suspicious, I weighed it. 9.2 ounces! It says It contained 16!Fast forward, put it on my hair. Decided to read the reviews... should have done that before I ordered. So many people had the same experience. I saw that many found a label over the original... I did too. This expired 2 years ago!Fast forward... rinsed and guess what? After ll that this "henna" did not color my roots AT ALL!I, now, have to run to the beauty supply store (drug stores never carry red or auburn) , with wet hair, to buy that stuff to temporarily cover your roots... it is like mascara for roots. ,$22.50. I will have paid 32.50, plus WA State 9.5% sales tax, then buy more #&%! Henna!Lessons of this are: Do not let your roots get this bad and ALWAYS READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU BUY!

This gives natural dark color to my hair, including the gray. I had a noticeable line where I had stopped using henna about 6 months ago. I was hoping to give a darker, more uniform look & that's exactly what I have now. I tried a small section fist & liked the results. My hair is below my shoulders & I used about 125 grams (half of the container.) I mixed the powder into a thick paste, (think somewhere between toothpaste & Greek yogurt.) There will be a grassy (green?) smell, but it isn't noticeable when my hair is dry.. I applied the paste, which will be green, to the roots first & then the rest of my hair. Applying took me almost an hour. The paste must dry & for me this took 5 hours. My hair is thick and while the ends were crisp in no time, the rest took a long time. As it dries, it becomes powdery. I rinsed until the water ran clear & then waited 3 days to wash. It does fade with each wash, but it is still dark. The more you wash the more it will fade.

I ordered the indigo color. When I got the packaged it said indigo but it was just dark brown. I already have dark brown hair and wanted a different tint/color. I still used it and it looks nice but disappointed on the overall color. It was also extremely messy compared to other henna I’ve used in the past.

I'm very pleased with this product. I was looking for a more convenient option to henna powder, so I thought I would try this one. Instead of putting the paste on dry hair as the directions suggested, I put it on freshly shampooed and towel-dried hair, covered up with a coloring cap and let the product sit for about 2.5 hours. The result looks very natural. If you're new to henna, you should know that results can vary (a strand test is always best for newbies), but I feel I'll get more consistent results with this ready-to-use cream.

Came in a wet, damaged container. Its not green powder like real henna. This is black runny like mud. Smells like a chemical is in it and warning to keep away from eyes... Tried some last night and it did not dye my hair. Afraid to use this.I am going back to using; Hannah Natural 100% Pure Henna Powder. it is real, pure.Real henna is a green color in powdered form and when wet. And it smells nice, like fresh moved grass...Hannah Natural is not a cream, but its better; I mix the natural pure green powder with water, olive oil and apple cider vinegar. Perfect red, auburn color hair.

It seems to be working, but I think I may need to add henna to it, not totally covered my greys

Buena cobertura de canas, con el típico color rojizo del henna. El resto del cabello quedo castaño gracias al índigo. Para quien quiera mejorar volumen, brillo, grosor y no dañar el cabello con químicos. Yo hace unos cuantos años usó henna y comparando con marcas más cara, no encuentro diferencias en cuanto a resultados. Me quedan dudas sobre si es orgánico el producto. No me gustó la presentación, ya que viene en una bolsa muy fina que con el envío se rompió y los guantes que estaban al final del envase, estaban llenos de polvo de henna. De todos modos volveré a comprarlo.
