If you are interested in tatted jewelry, this is the book for you. Marilee takes you step by step thru the process of tatting each project. She is also an amazing designer. This book is one of my favorite tatting books. You can always find something for someone when you need a gift. What a better way to learn a new technique and make a gift at the same time.

Useful information would have been to specify that the book is only for shuttle tatting, not needle tatting.

Great book with fun patterns! I made some with metallic thread and it turned out really nice.

Straightforward designs with accompanying diagrammes make learning the art of tatting a fun and uncomplicated task. The projects included are quite contemporary and very adaptable, once you understand the basic knotting structures.

Loved the designs, needed more detailed instructions.

Beautiful pattern but defenately aBeautiful pattern and have tried a few with success but this is this book is a very advanced tatting book.

This is a little beyond my capabilities at the moment but the patterns are clear and easy to follow. It is designed for shuttle users but I believe I can use it with a needle or adapt should I need to but I need to learn more first. I think it is worth mentioning that this is a pattern book and although there is some technique instructions, this is not intended to be a lesson book.
