If you have heavy flows and tend to leak while sleeping or laying down, get these! They will save you from ruining your nicer panties, pants, shorts, skirts, sheets, mattress protector, mattress, etc.I still use natural fiber pads but these collect the excess blood that can escape when laying down and/or sleeping or just a heavier flow.These do well at keeping any blood from leaking out the side of pads. Sometimes there is a bit of bleed-through the sides of the panties or toward the tailbone if laying down flat on back, if there is a lot of blood but it usually still seems to stay contained within the panties, no ruined sheets while sleeping.Have tried these and another brand and these worked way better at absorbing any blood leaking on the sides or back/front from pads getting oversaturated.They are more full-coverage panties than some others, which is nice because they cover the butt and groin area well, so you don’t usually get wedgies (which would defeat the purpose of the extra protection, as a wedgie from small higher-cut panties would cause blood to escape out the sides easier).If you have a larger butt and bigger hips, size up, the shape and fit of the panties can be a bit awkward. Not the most flattering of fits but they work well and are quite comfortable when you get the right size.

My daughter, who has autism, struggles with motor skills and sensory issues, so it has made personal hygiene quite a challenge for her. She started her period a year ago at age 10, and it has been extremely difficult trying to find what works for her. I must say I didn't have high expectations for this underwear but I decided to give it a shot after doing some research. I am pleasantly surprised at how well it fit when I first tried it on. I got the large and it fits comfortably. I can barely tell I'm wearing anything and it doesn't feel thick. For perspective I'm 5'9, 198 lbs, 36" waist, 43" hip with an athletic build. I think if I had a bigger behind it would have been a little tight. But overall it feels good.The material feels pretty solid. My only complaint is that it does sound a little bit like a the outer part of a diaper when you're putting it on. Not a terribly big deal, just something I noticed. I was most impressed with the fact that it does what it promised and prevents leakage. At the tail end of my cycle I decided to forgo a pad and only wore the underwear for a few hours. Even though I didn't have an added layer of protection, the underwear kept me from having an embarrassing accident. My flow was pretty light though so I wouldn't have tried this on a heavier day without a pad. But I definitely know it also works great with one. I also liked that it was easy to hand wash and the stains were easy to remove with a little soaking in detergent. For the price, this was a really good buy.

Game changer. I use these instead of any other product. Don't accidentally tinkle even a tiny bit. They are are not made for pee. When they leak which takes a lot of blood or...a tiny bit of pee They leak under the thigh. Less obvious and embarrassing tbh. They take the place of a pad or tampon and have to be changed less. For instance I leaked after like 12 hours but felt uncomfortable at like 7-8 hours I just didn't have a pair to change. Also no diaper rash. Game changer! 10/10 recommend.

I Purchased these for my young daughter who recently started her period & they have been a godsend for her considering she is still learning when and how often to change her pad, she wears them with a pad and they help with leakage and keep her from being embarrassed and ruining her clothes. I highly recommend them I just wish they had had them when I started my period because they would have saved me so much heartache! If you have a young daughter I’m telling you they will help her from having a bad day!

Can't stress what great pants these are. Have bought several sets. Really like these parts.

So. These were working awesome. Day 4 of my period and I felt like I had hit the golden period ticket (used w cup). Until, I sat down a couple of hours after working out (I know, I shouldn’t hangout in my workout clothes) and my butt hurt. It felt super tender so I looked the mirror. Rash. What appeared to be textile dermatitis. I hadn’t washed the underwear before wearing them (I was way too excited about the underwear). Having never had a textile reaction, this makes me very nervous. At the very least, wash them.
