Of all the items I ever bought on Amazon over the years, this one made me want to share my thoughts and views on this product through a few pics and video for the very first time ever. Although the posting of this product has more than enough info for the consumer to read about along with the mostly positive reviews, I felt another honest to goodness personal review with real un-retouched pics and video was in order. Since there's no video of this item anywhere on the posting from the manufacturer or any consumer, this will be the first one and I hope it will help people make a decision on whether to buy this item.The moment I held the tripod in my hand as I pulled it out of the box I felt the weight and sturdiness. There's not one bit of plastic on this thing except for the non-skid rubber feet, which are impressive as well. The one thing that stands out is the professional grade build quality. It is constructed beautifully. As a product designer, I'm very aware of features such as material, construction quality and overall design of most products I purchase. Sometimes I buy items that are good and so-so and then sometimes I'm lucky with something like this little gem. I must say that I'm completely impressed of what you get for the price. Bravo to the manufacturer for designing this mini masterpiece of a tripod for a great price. I can't speak for the other products that the manufacturer produces since this is the first time I've purchased one of their items, but they surely got it right on this one. It is what it is and does what it does. Simplicity is beauty.I took a few pics to illustrate it in various positions. Open and closed. Next to a dollar bill to show the scale. It's pretty much the length of US currency and is completely portable. I held it in my hand to show that scale as well. In the closed position, the legs are 1.25" in diameter. It fits comfortably in your hand like holding a bicycle handle grip. Of course hands come in different sizes, but overall it's a very comfortable fit. The short video shows the basic functions of the tripod with an old Casio camera. Everything functions quite well. The ball socket, 1/4" screw mount and legs operate smoothly are robust and sturdy. The tripod is stable and can hold up much heavier cameras since it's built like a tank! I believe that most of material is heavy grade aluminum, but not totally sure.In conclusion, this tripod is something special. If treated with care and not abused it seems like it will last for decades or outlive me...lol. It's two thumbs up and a solid buy!

This reminds me of years ago when you could buy a good quality item that's made very well. Everything today is plastic and just doesn't last! You'll find this made sturdy and out of metal and is actually a heavy item!CUDOS to this manufacturer that make a quality mini tripod that will last for years!Thank You.

This is the best, most sturdiest mini tripod I've ever used in my life! It held my 7½ pound Nikon in the same awkward position for almost 3 hours straight the other night! It's all metal design makes it a hefty little thing. And the ball head moves around very smoothly! It doesn't stick and stutter like all my other ones do.It really is awesome!

This mini tripod and swivel head camera/camcorder holder is awesome. I'm glad I chose it among the dozen or so I researched on Amazon and Google. It's sturdy with a solid weighty feel, but not heavy. The tripod and swivel head are actually two products which mate well and both provide a standard 1/4" mounting screw for the photo gear. The swivel turns 360 degrees horizontally and up to 90 degrees vertically, so the gear can be held sideways if the distance from its mount hole to the table surface is not more than three inches. If the gear is larger than that, you can put the swivel head on a regular large tripod instead of the mini. The tripod with the swivel attached can be configured as a cam grip with the 'handle' (closed tripod) at any angle comfortable for your hand and wrist, or you can leave the swivel off and have the handle perpendicular (90 degrees) to the cam mounting surface. Truly a great product and a very reasonable price!

Purchased this so that I could mount my handheld thermal monocular on and set in the window of a shooting house while hog hunting. Sturdy enough that I don't have to worry about a $2000 dollar piece of equipment falling 15 feet to its death. Its also surprisingly short with the legs folded out, which is what I needed.

This is perfect for low angle product shots where the position of the camera can be fixed. I use a mirrorless camera which is lighter than a dslr but i have no weight balancing issues. For video, i use a little flower pot dolly and orbit the shot around the product for a no cost orbit clip

Excellent and sturdy small tripod to bring with you when space is a concern. It does it's job and packs very well into my bag when rock climbing.

ミニ三脚を色々かいましたが本製品はシンプル、コンパクト、頑丈でとても良いです。適度な重さもあり安定感があります。自由雲台も使いやすいです。sony α7III + sony 20mm F1.8レンズでもしっかりとホールドできました。

素材、質感、安定は良かったけど、印字されているZマークは、今の時代にはふさわしくないかなぁ。と、黒テープで隠して使用しています。余分なマークはいらないです。

スマホホルダーを付けて自撮りに使ってます、セットするにもとても操作性が良く、携帯制も良いのでとても使いやすかったです。耐久性は今後使ってみないと分からないですが、自分の経験上から使っていて丈夫そうな感じなので長く使えそうです。使い勝手が良い物なので、ミラーレス用にリピートしようと考えています。

モバイルプロジェクターの付属の三脚が使い物にならないので、こちらを購入。どっしりしており安定感抜群です。買って良かった！

私は、ビデオカメラを主に使用していますが、置いて使うのも良し、手にとって使うのも良しで、ビデオカメラのシャッターボタンにチョットした細工をしただけで、握ったまま自由にシャッターが切れるのでとても良いまた、三脚を畳んだ時の長さがバランスを取るのにも良いですね。
