I just received this Da Vinci slanted foundation brush yesterday from Amazon, and it is everything I hoped it would be! The bristles, although synthetic, are incredibly soft and comfortable for my ridiculously sensitive skin. Other brushes I've tried from other companies (EcoTools, I'm talking about you, amongst others!) feel so scratchy on my face and I nearly thought I would not be able to find a suitable line of brushes. The weight of this foundation brush feels comfortable and perfectly balanced in my hand. The handle is smooth but has a slight texture to keep it from slipping during use.I've purchased some nice soft brushes from Ulta in the "It Cosmetics" line, and while they're pretty nice, I would much rather buy my brushes from Da Vinci. I love that they're a family-owned and operated company in business since 1880 (135 years!!! That's wonderful!)As for other Da Vinci brushes, I love my sets of artist watercolor brushes, so I had no doubt that the Da Vinci cosmetic line of brushes would be remarkable also. I have already purchased other Da Vinci cosmetic brushes, and I'm looking so forward to their arrival!I would also highly recommend the Da Vinci "Cleansing Soap for Cosmetic Brushes," and for artist brushes.

This is a beautiful brush. I saw it on the Da Vince site & fell in love. This was the only place I found in the U.S.A. that sold it. The price was great. The brush is very well made. The Ferrell fits tightly, the synthetic hair doesn't shed & is very soft to the touch but is firm enough to apply foundation beautifully. I am very happy with my purchase.

These are the best brushes. I have used quality brushes but these are the softest and always am impressed with how my makeup goes on.

A bit longer than I thought (bumping against the mirror). But very soft invisible cover possible.

I bought a bunch of Da Vinci Gold Line products (I basically replaced every brush I have with a Da Vinci brush), and fell ni love with this foundation brush! It does not leave streak marks on my face, even if I use a primer!
