I am used to this kind of product that I would buy often in France. Having emigrated to Japan, I bought it off Amazon as I couldn't find any here.This product contains 3 bottles : 1 pre conditioner to apply on skin before bleach and 2 that you should mix to bleach hair. The problem is that, unlike other products I used, you have to mix together granules and a very thick cream that will come out in lumps. It is impossible to gauge properly amount...Besides, in spite of mixing for a while, the granules never melt and I ended applying what looked like a very thick scrub. I left it for about 5 min (they recommend 8 but I wouldn't do that long the first time).In the end, the result is good, but I can feel my skin is irritated. I will do it again in about a week or so for perfect result but that's true with every other one I used.If you're skin is relatively sensitive, use with care. Also be careful not to use hot water before or after and not have scrubbed your skin for a couple of days before use.

This worked great I even gave some to my mom and she loved it and bought a box herself! I found the eight minutes is about all I needed with my medium thick hair.
