I think these are ok, great value for money, and seem to work to alleviate upset stomach. The only reason I gave 3 stars is that because I seem to taste a flavor that I dislike, that is the flavor I get from diet soda products (which I don't consume for that reason) or from foods that are sugar-free but use sugar substitute instead. Sugar substitute additives have a distinctive taste that I dislike. Even though this product says it uses "regular sugar", it tastes to me like that substitute stuff. I wish they had cut down on the sugar and make it more minty - that's what I was expecting.

It's Rolaids. They are awesome and a god send. If you get heartburn all the time like me, get em. I like this multi roll back because I like to keep rolls in my pocket or in my truck. So it's nice to have rolls over one big bottle.

Rolaids. Gets rid of heartburn just as advertised. They used to sell these individual rolls in drugstores, but I don't see them much lately.

Convenient, palatable taste. You don’t look like you have rabies after eating them as I do with tums. Also they have better ingredients than Tums

A great product that helps reduce stomach acid discomfort immediately. Just chew 2 tablets and let it work. I chew 2 before I go to eat something that might give me heartburn.

They really work. I keep a roll in my purse and in my nightstand at all times. This was my second order. I will definitely continue to order as needed.

Effective and not too sweet, much better than other similar products.
