WranglerMen's Original Fit Jean

Superb jeans. I bought this pair in a fit of nostalgia looking for the kind of jeans I used to buy as a teenager - old fashioned, loose fit, 1950s-cut, with denim so stiff the trousers almost stand up on their own. These perfectly fit the bill. They're not trendy in any way, but for an old buffer like me, who cares? There's zero stretch, just hard-wearing old-school jeans of really high quality but way, way cheaper than more fashionable brands. I totally recommend these. Note: make sure you buy Wranglers with the code 13mwz to make sure you're buying the original cowboy cut with 14oz heavyweight denim. Edit: forgot to say; these jeans are really, really comfortable.

Best trousers I have ever worn, super durable, super comfortable and super stylish

First impression was favourable - heavy duty material made just like they used to be - good fit (for me, anyway) all at a more than reasonable price ... BUT in no time at all the knees wore straight through and this was just with light domestic use. I purchased 3 pairs to get a good stock in and had the same problem with all of them. Turned out to be an expensive mistake.

Although the normal size (38x31) was ordered these felt very tight around the waist and hips so returned unused.

Excellent fit and quality

I like these, good heavy fabric. But stick to your usual size, don’t buy larger thinking they will shrink to fit as they won’t. Mines are too baggy for me now.

These are probably the best jeans in the world. They are what Wrangler called the 13MWZ jeans (which I think meant the 13th iteration of the "Men's With Zipper" prototype). They're now sold as "Cowboy Cut" and it's still the original 1947 design, which was actually built for rodeo riders. IOW, it really is a work garment, not merely a fashion item. The cut is generous and comfortable with a relatively high waist (unlike the current round-the-hips 501 from Levi's ). The material is still heavy 14-ounce denim. There are copper rivets on front and back pockets and a relatively roomy ticket pocket. The finish is excellent. They even have more belt-loops than lower quality jeans do.
