Waited to buy this and shouldn't have. Easy to install and works great. Just as advertised quick reload of string and no hassle. Used on Echo SRM-210 and would recommend.

I had purchased a knock off at first and had nothing but problems with it. This one didn’t pop up on my search till I entered the part number. This one has worked with no problems, and holds more line than the knock offs. It’s more expensive but well worth the extra money.Can’t rate longevity yet I haven’t had it that long. It doesn’t come with directions which is the only negative I have, if you need help you can watch a YouTube video.

I installed this on one of my trimmers. Two problems developed: 1. the first couple of times I installed new line, it worked smoothly. However, after that, it became steadily more difficult to turn the head to load the line. I resorted to using silicone spray to try and lube the mechanism, but that didn’t make it significantly easier. 2. After using it on and off for one year, the plastic housing separated from the drive nut (the plastic seems to have melted), rendering the unit worthless. I recently discovered that this same design defect plagues other Echo trimmer heads. I’m hoping Echo comes up with a solution to both these problems. Meanwhile, it’s back to the OEM’s spool (which is less convenient to load, but more robustly built).

Absolutely love this replacement for my DeWalt electric weed eater. I’ve had my weed eater for years but I hated using it because the line was difficult to load and was always breaking. I would get frustrated easily and give up after a few minutes. I didn’t want to buy another weed eater so i looked online for recommendations. I don’t remember how I found this replacement But I will say man I wish I had found this sooner! I went to test it out and quickly got a pathway done quickly. Good thing I have plenty of batteries. I was finally able to trim my yard without all the frustration. The only con was that that there were no instructions on the package but I just quickly googled them and it took me like 5 minutes to replace. I will totally recommend this replacement to everyone.

This was a lifesaver from buying a new trimmer. It was so quick and easy to replace, I wish I would have gotten one long ago instead of dealing with a bad head for the last year. I replaced it in under five minutes and was trimming the lawn.

The head came alone in an Amazon box without the original ECHO package. It came with a gold adapter bushing preinstalled with no extra adapters. It turned out that it fit on my Honda HHT35S brush cutter with an output shaft of 10mm x 1.25mm left-hand thread. The twisted black trimmer line (ECHO Black Diamond) preloaded is of very good quality and reduces greatly the RPM needed to cut grass. The ECHO head was easy to install and use. It's not a sensible bump unlike my old bump which would constantly feed line every time I accidentally touched it. I should have made the switch a long time ago.

Description said fits all line trimmers, well it didn’t fit mine. There were no attachments or instructions on how to use it.It’s not as easy as the advertisement stated, not easy to reload and it’s not what I expected... I wouldn’t give it 1 star but that’s the lowest I could give it
