Versatile product, easy to pack many electronic accessories all in one place. We have had the smaller size (for years) and the medium size (for 4 months). My husband travels frequently and wanted the medium one to hold more items (the medium one is shown in the picture). The gray and black items in this Grid IT are a portable phone battery charger, 2.5 x 3.5 inches, & a tablet charger 4 x 2 in. plus it's cord, both items are at least 1 inch thick. There are many items packed in the Grid IT in the picture, and still spaces for more. He is former USMC and many ask him if it is something he used in the Marine Corps.By the way, it does not fold in half, if anyone was wondering, it is very stiff, sturdy and lays flat, packs well like that, he carries it in a backpack. There is a flat zipper pouch on the back side.

Makes my backpack better

Very helpful for keeping a backpack more organized so that you can find very small items quickly. Unfortunately, the zipper broke immediately on the back pouch because it appeared to be cheaply made in that area. Still, the product is very useful without the back pouch.

This is just what I needed to help organize my work bag. All my cords are now all organized, and I don't have to go searching and untangling when I need to charge my computer, phone, or iPad. I highly recommend.

I love this. I got this size because it fits perfectly in a mesh-zip pocket in my Cotopaxi commuter backpack, and it's incredibly easy to quickly tame a heap of items into a zen-like arrangement where everything is held securely, can be found instantly, and removed just as rapidly.I honestly can't come up with a single valid criticism. Sometimes I wish I could rearrange the layout of woven straps, but can't imagine how that would be possible without some elaborate, bulky strap attachment mechanism that would defeat the entire purpose of the system.I suppose some sort of attachment points, such as grommets at the corners or hook-and-loop straps would be nice, but it doesn't matter for my use-case as it lives in a zipped pocked that fits it snugly.

Bought it to fix my EDC briefcase. USB cables, battery banks, laptop accessories, all my necessities. First perfectly in a standard laptop carry briefcase. Was worried the straps used might not be high quality or might have issues with hold, but the rubberized textures in them hold everything I've thrown at it perfectly, and I can move it as much as I want with no worries of items coming loose. Size to price was perfect.

I got a tall, thin leather bag for Christmas, and wanted a way to store things closer to the top so they’d be easier to access. This works well for that, letting me band my gloves and a pen and such at the top while putting less used things in at the bottom. The large just barely fits my bag, and is rigid enough it does not bow or bend under the pressure of being squeezed in. Very useful!

I had high hopes for this organizer. I was tired of all my smaller items piling together at the bottom of my book bag, making it wider. I use my bag for work, not school, so I keep things like spare phone/ipod chargers, USB-wall plugs, travel deodorant, travel contact solution, etc. I accidentally bought a size too large, making this a tight fit in my bag in terms of height. However, that's not why I'm giving 3 stars. I found this was heavier than I expected, and I'm not sure that weight is worth the organizer. I also noticed my bag would lean forward when I set it on the ground (with the grid inside). Maybe I'm just not used to the weight being distributed more evenly vs at the bottom of the bag... but I stopped using this for the time being.

Leider wurde mein GridIt erst nach 3 Monaten geschickt, daher hatte ich eine sehr schlechte Rezension geschrieben. Der Preis wurde mir rückerstattet, jetzt ist das Paket doch noch aus den USA gekommen und ich habe nochmal bezahlt. Leider sehr schlechte Kommunikation (gar keine möglich!) mit dem Verkäufer, aber das Warten war es wert: Nachdem mein altes GridIt nach ca. 10 Jahren langsam ausgeleiert ist, habe ich mir ein neues bestellt, weil ich sehr überzeugt von diesem praktischen Organizer bin. Nach 10 Jahren dürfen die elastischen Bänder schon mal schlapp machen - es ist jedoch nie etwas abgerissen, alle Nähte und der Reißverschluss haben gehalten. Wer also viel Zeit und Geduld hat, auf dieses Teil zu warten, sollte bestellen.

Love these Grid-its. Bought these larger ones to replace smaller versions of the same thing for my growing collection of gadgets which I carry in my backpack. Plenty of room on these for everything I could possibly want to pull out at airport screening. Simple to organize my technology and keep it from flopping about in my pack.

Ayuda a organizar sobre todo en espacios que no cuentan con bolsas, mantiene los objetos firmes y en su lugar, no se resbalan y los encuentras facilmente. Muy buen producto.
