Ugly rip in my seat sorted. I inserted some cotton material behind the rip as a substrate, then bonded it in place with stormseal. After it had cured I built up the tear carefully in several applications using a cocktail stick until the surface was level. Now you can hardly tell it was there and it's stronger than the rest of the seat material. Have used these product before and they really work well.

Arrived quickly, as described - 3 tubes. Needed immediately for a shoe repair so no delay in using it. The first tube was unusable. It was semi-solid when I opened it. It must be old stock, or a faulty tube. Second tube worked but wasn't as liquid as I would have expected. I've used this product before with no issues. Tube 2 did the job this time. I'm not sure the third tube is usable as it feels a bit solid, but I'll keep it and hope it works when I need it. Perhaps I got a bad batch, or is this supplier off-loading old stock - who knows?! Scores reflect the disappointing product that I received - Given that I paid for 3, and probably only have 1 just about usable it was expensive. This brand is normally excellent.

Bought to repair a small cut on my almost new Aigle wellies. Already tried bicycle tyre repair patch twice but both time failed so I was looking for an alternative. First attempt worked ok but the cut opened up after a few weeks, probably because damage is on a crease line. So tried again with two coats over two days to build a good thickness and so far (one week) repair is working well. New Aigles cost over £170 so very keen for this to work!

Used this to repair a pair of cloth trainers that had worn through at the toe. It's a bit fiddly to use but did a decent enough job. The 3x small tubes is a better way to go than one large tube as -no matter how careful you are- whatever is left in the tube is likely to go off and be wasted. Besides, who wants to keep a partially used tube of this stuff in their freezer!?

In total used this 3 times on the same repair on a Wellington boot. After each use the tube set solid and so had to use the next tube, which made in an expensive repair that needed doing on three occasions, bearing in mind it only held the repair for a couple of dog walks. Cheaper to buy new wellies in truth.
