Adds a few minutes on fly time 3-4 mins battery is a tight fit especially with the wires I rather buying the phantom battery

Works fine on my Phantom 1.1.1. My only complaint (and the reason for 4 stars) is that it's a bit of a tight fit: you have to go cables-first to get it to fit and give it a decent push and hope nothing binds. With practice, I guess it'll get easier but the first time it took a good 2.5 minutes just to figure out how to get it to fit and close the battery door. My flying times went from 7 minutes to 10 minutes though on a 1200g setup so I think that's quite good.

I've seen no increase in fly time and the added size makes it hard to fit into the Phantom.

I noticed a slight increase in flight time compared to the stock batteries in my DJI Phantom I. However, the drawback is that these just barely fit into the battery compartment. The length and width are the same as stock, but they have a slight bulge on the large faces of the battery. Makes it hard to fit the battery and cables into the compartment. Not impossible, but a bit of a hassle.

Doesn't function the same as the original phantom batteries.

So far I'm very pleased with this battery's performance. I originally bought it for my Phantom FC-40 whic comes with a 2200mAh battery. I wanted more flight time and this battery seemed like a good choice and it has not disappointed! It charges fast, increased my Phantom's flight time to around 11-12 minutes with my GoPro3 in tow. A couple of things to note about this battery: It fits a bit tight in the Phantom's battery compartment so you'll have to be creative with how you bunch up the wires so the hatch will close..or..you can insert the battery wire-ends first and this makes it fit perfectly. Secondly, the connector fit with the Phantom is quite tight and this makes it a bit of a chore to disconnect. My solution to this issue was to shave off just enough of the plastic on the battery's connector to make it fit properly. I used my Dremel tool and sander attachment to do this. I hope this review helps someone

I bought it to extend the flight time of my DJI phantom. After using it for the 3rd time it caught fire and damage my DJI to a total loss. Plus it was very difficult to place it in.

I bought this battery for my DJI Phantom and it works well. I did not have to do any modifications to the battery compartment to make it fit. The battery charges just fine using the stock DJI charger.I have not had good weather here for the past week so I haven't been able to fly it yet. I will post updates when I do.
