Billabong Equalizer Mens Skate & Surf Boardshorts

Bought for my 27yr old son, he loves bright graphics and unique clothing, while still being stylish. He was extremely happy with the colors and fit of these board-shorts, and he received many compliments at a 4th July Party at our local water spot on Russian River, where he went tubing for a few miles with @ 80 other people in 95degree heat, so they got a real pounding the first day. The second time he wore them, the plastic (?) that the strings pull through at the top of the velcro crotch closing for tying closed the waistband, broke, both of them. This is going to be difficult to repair. I will probably attach a small velcro strip to this area for him, but this should not have happened, especially after only 2 times. And, just for the record, these shorts were not too tight, the strings were tied loosely, etc. Other than this, the shorts still look great, no fading, no other issues.

They were perfect around the waist but they were too tight around the buttocks.

Very happy with the quality and fit of this suit. It is my 18-year-old son's favorite suit. He's over six feet tall and it fits perfect in the waist and the length.Only issue is the velcro closure not so snug after a few dips in the ocean and being washed.
