Awful! My finger got trapped on handle
I wrote good reviews on this when got this buggy... but now since been using it not that long when brought this buggy either... my daughter cant sit up well... and its very flimsy... and worst bit i got my finger stuck between the handle bar where you suppose to push the damn thing! My little one hates it... no leg space. And she is a tiny 2 year old! Wish i never brought this trash! Good seller but the buggy is just awful!

Great customer support team
Product arrived like as though it had been used with marks covering the whole thing and also smelling of smoke. However product was packed extremely well and delivery was quick. I did complain to the customer service team and they were great! Gave a refund for damage. Despite that beautiful pram and good quality however couldn't get rid of marks or smell so will not be using the product.

Smooth ride
So smooth my son loves this buggy so much and its a nice light weight buggy easy to fold and was so easy to put together. Im happy and would recommend this buggy to anyone. Its really worth the price.

Awkward to collapse down
This stroller is really nice, lightweight and looks really good , the only thing is it’s really awkward to collapse down, hence only 4 stars, maybe it will get easier the more I use it.

Not ideal for a childs back support at all.
This product looks lovely and resembles the picture exactly . ALTHOUGH , my just turned 1 year old who is an average size is taller than the seat meaning not much or very uncomfortable head support as his head comes higher than the top of the seat. Also they seem to have made it with less material than needed as when i lower the foot rest it pulls the whole seat forward bringin the childs bum forward makin him lay back at a 135 degree angle (best way i can explain) so hes very slouched and is always in a semi laying back position , the seat doesnt sit upright properly at all. Im in the process of sending it back which is ashame as its lovely to look at but defo from a moms point of view , not ideal for the support of a baby/toddlers body structure. Also the strap between the legs has been put very far forward meaning the child slips down and most of their weight is placed between their legs on that buckle , this also means it lacks back support for the child as they then become really slouched down. The hood doesnt come very far down as i had previously expected. I wouldn't recommend this product in all honesty and in future will care a little less about the look of something when making a purchase.
