Doesn’t quite work
It does heat up quite hot, but since the bristles and heating units are quite tall it doesn’t really get the beard hairs to lay flat. It tends to make them slightly straighter and fluffy. This is coming from a man with naturally curly hair/beard. Not a horrible product, but if you’re looking for it to flatten and straighten your beard/hair it doesn’t quite work. Bought another one with a more flat iron looking brush head with very short bristles and it works much better even though it doesn’t get as hot as this one does.

Tamed the beast!
It has only been a couple of days but I am quite happy with this product. It has truly tamed the beast! My beard is normally coarse and difficult to manage. This Beard Straightening comb is easy to use. The comb heats up in under 30 seconds and takes just minutes to straighten your beard. I was concerned that my skin may get burned but the heat is focused on the beard hair.
