GAPPO Monobloc Basin Mixer Tap with Lead Free Stainless Steel Single Lever Bathroom Sink Taps, Matte Black

Firstly these taps look brilliant. We have a white bathroom suit but all the taps and extras are black. We had a tap on the bathroom in black but after buying this tap for the en-suite we realised that this was a far better tap. The ease of fitting with the way it is secured under the basin made us replace the bathroom tap as well. Well designed and great quality.

This tap looks very classy and feels very heavy and high quality- the only negative is that the gold colour of the tap is not as per the picture- this tap is actually more of a champagne gold (light gold) than the yellow gold shown In the picture.I wish this was a set which contained a sink overflow and stopper (with matching gold colour) as I already have the existing sink fitted and wanted to replace those particular parts with new ones - now I'll have to risk mixing different shades of gold parts together and hope it all blends together.Although I am disappointed with the colour, overall I am happy with the tap particularly because it still looks good, the price point is very reasonable and the product oozes class.Would recommend. 5/5

Lovely looking tap & feels sturdy

I replaced a small basin tap with this. It has clean, contemporary styling, works well, and appears to be of good quality. It loses a star for being a bit difficult to install: the tails attach a couple of inches inside the body of the tap, where there is no clearance for a wrench - you would need a special tool to tighten them well. Similarly, the body attaches on to the basin with a large hollow nut that the tails must be squeezed through (different from the rod and bolt mount that I've seen more often), and which again must require a special tool to tighten where there is no room to maneuver a normal wrench.

I absolutely love this tap. I bought it at least over 6 months ago now and use it every day and it still looks as good as new. Feels so sturdy and the colour is beautiful. A complete bargain at the price it is and would definitely recommend to anyone who i on the hunt for a brushed gold tap. Only comment is that there are the blue and red temperature indicator marks on the top which I would choose not to have given the option. However, would definitely buy again!

Ordered at midnight with a £20 off voucher if I purchased it in the next 15mins. Wondered what I had bought due to the same tap on the high st was a fortune. No need to worry, it arrived in a foam moulded box with all the fittings and rubber ‘o’ rings to mount it, including x2 soft connectors. It’s got a great finish that matches all other furniture in the new bathroom.

After a 2 years of use, today I came home to find the bathroom landing and bedrooms al cover in water..... all due to this tap, the cold water hose bursted and flooded my house........better get a brand one.

I have two these in our en-suite so they are used every single day for over a year now.I put them into a ikea double unit.They look really good - no tarnishing or leaks over a year in and they work great.Very heavy good quality.
