Worked good
It worked good, until the hose developed a hole. Where can I get a replacement hose for this?

Customer service/ warranty
Used twice, no problems. On the 3rd time i lost all power but the engine would still start so I checked the oil and noticed water was leaking internally into the oil. (Probably a gasket or a seal) Contacted customer service about repairs and warranty and it was an absolute nightmare. Don't waste your time and money on this, buy something local, American made, not this... I fought back and forth with customer service for about two months until I finally was able to receive a full refund because they failed to hold up on their end with the 2-year warranty. They sent me a replacement water pump after about 3 weeks of back and forth messageing, videos, and pictures exchanging. All a waste of time. The pump they sent me was moldy, rusty, and used, then they expected me to put it on my brand new machine to see if that worked. That was the final straw, I eventually received a full refund and I got to keep the product. Although the pressure washer is still broken, and nobody local to me works on them, I am still actively seeking a way to fix this considering I still have it and got my money back. So unless you're some kind of pressure washer mechanic and have access to this companies parts. STAY AWAY.

A weak washer
I have tried to use this pressure washer for 2 days. I cleaned and checked all connections. The pressure is so low that it takes forever to clean. I had to rent a 2700 psi washer to complete washing my driveway. It cleaned extremely well. I am currently trying to get a refund and have been required to send videos of the washer. I have made the videos and comparison videos of the rented washer. No refund as yet.
