If I buy these at the cheapest local supplier they are just under 9.00 each. This dressing isn't something for a scratch but if you are a diabetic prone to the types of leg ulcers that need a foam dressing these are the best I've found. The shape is good for ankles and lower legs. They also work well on feet. (Though other sizes may be needed for feet)Normally, these are not a "daily" dressing and are intended to be around for 2-3 days, but you need to talk to your wound care specialist for timing on changes. I use these in combination with a prescription anti-biotic ointment and Santyl (an enzymatic debridment agent)
