The inner screen kept falling out when trying to install the vent. It just would not stay in so I had to use screws to keep the screen in.

Worked really nice.
If you need a roof vent, I would use this one. I had to cut a hole in my roof to install it, but was simple and had not problems. Nice quality. The hose from the new bathroom fan I installed snapped on with easy. Very happy.
