The BEST gluten-free pancake mix! (and great for baking too!)
I have been diagnosed with celiacs for 7 years now, and tried a lot of gluten-free mixes, and this is definitely the best gluten-free pancake mix I've had! I also use it as a substitute for all-purpose flour in regular recipes (zucchini bread, etc.) and people love how the recipes turn out. Highly, highly recommend!

Very tasty highly recommend this brand.
Delicious. Great tasting pancakes. They taste like regular pancakes. I would gladly eat them over gluten pancakes. Also you get a lot more batter for your money than the bisquick.
