This is fine.
I’m a petite person - 4 ft. 8 inches at 145 lbs., so this was mid-thigh on me and that’s exactly what I wanted. It’s a bit on the light side, so it will work when the temperature is in the 40’s to 50’s, but I don’t think it’s for very cold weather.

Perfect weight on the lighter end- thin and comfortable
Recommend a size up to what you’d regularly wear. Material is thin, flexible and comfortable. Softer than the wool you’d see at Macys. Light weighted. Dry clean only. Fashionable. Perfect length for ppl with longer torso. Good fit. Hopefully it will last for a long time- too soon to review. A pretty good buy.

Odd fit at the shoulder / arm opening
I think the coat itself is good for the price I got it for and true to size. However, it does fit odd at the arm openings near the shoulder which makes it seem like the coat is smaller. Its like they designed or stitched the arm holes too low relative to the shoulder and the arm holes should've been higher. Because of this, the crease at the arm is lower and doesn't sit at your armpit. Just like other reviews, raising your arms in the coat is very awkward. For as cheap as I got the coat, just pull the arm sleeve upward to get the crease at your armpit and then you can move more freely and lift your arms without any odd bunching at the shoulder.

A nice coat that didn't fit well
This coat felt really nice, with really soft fabric and I wish it had fit well, but it didn't. I am 5'5" and 120lbs and based on reviews I ordered a size medium. It seems to be the correct size around my chest, waist and hips, but the arms don't fit at all. The arm length is very short. The bigger problem is how it fits through the upper arm area. The underarm area (the armscye) is cut very very low and so you can't move your arms without the entire upper part of the coat feeling tight and just very odd. Also, it has a very wide collar and it does not have a button by the collar to button up if it is very cold out. This is probably ok because the coat is not that warm and I probably wouldn't wear it for anything colder than about mid 40's Fahrenheit. Overall, I wanted to like the coat, but the fit was so uncomfortable that I am returning it.

Very well made
I purchased this coat because I wanted a gray peacoat . When I tried the coat on it fit everywhere except for the arms I am 5'8 and 165 lbs. The arms are about a half an inch to an inch too short for my arm length, but I have abnormally long arms anyway so if you have regular arms it's fine. Other than that the jacket fits throughout the torso and buttons well and will wear well with a sweater or other layers.

With my size it was perfect.
I am 5”1” and about 145lbs and got a medium and it fit’s honestly perfect for MY size. Now if I was any taller the sleeve definitely would have been too short. They just happen to fit right at where my hands and wrists meet which I am used to having to constantly roll my sleeves so I am giving 5 stars based on my body type but definitely would say this item would fit best on a person of short stature.

It's A Man's Coat...
From my search results and the picture I clicked on, I thought I was ordering a medium women's coat (Alpine Swiss Emma Women's Wool 3/4 Length Double Breasted Peacoat). To my surprise, when the package arrived, it was a man's medium coat. Well, I got on my high horse and immediately submitted a return request, but as I was preparing to repackage it, I got the inkling to try it on, and Holy Jazam, Batman, it fits! Go figure. I'm 5'9" and weigh 128 lbs, so it's loose in the chest and shoulder areas because, well...it is a man's coat, but other than that, it's a keeper. The extra room is great for a fleece zip on those extremely cold days. Plus the inside breast pocket men are lucky to have in their coats, a nice phone pocket for me! Win, Win. I would give it 5 stars, but well...it's a man's coat. Go figure.
