I don't think the instructions are as bad as other reviews make out, it's not terribly complex to assemble but can be a bit tricky to assemble alone. Putting on the screw covers can be a bit arduous and I'd highly recommend using a proper Phillips screwdriver over the dual allen key/phillips driver. Infact, I'd rather they have just included an ordinary allen key as only having it on one the shorter wide turn end makes it very hard to use for some of the screws that need the extra length to make full rotations.Once assembled though, you have a really comfy, well made chair. The arm rests are slightly soft and reasonably comfy to lean on without having to worry about elbows slipping or the padding sagging. They can be swiveled and slided back and forth and moved up and down. Strangely, the right arm rest seems slightly higher than the left.The gas lift is very well made but could perhaps do with more range of motion. You can also get some rocking on the chair by unlocking with the left lever but as the instructions say, you will need to fiddle with the pressure first to allow you to adjust how easy it rocks. It will rock a lot easier the further back it is tilted too so take care not to be caught off when leaning back with rocking on.The lumbar and headrest cushions are both really nice and heaven on the back. I'd recommend using them as the back is pretty flat. Also the casters are very slick and roll really well. They're solidly made and don't have covers over the top of the wheels that dirt can easily get trapped in that stops them rolling like other chairs.I think the chair is worth the premium asking price, if you plan on sitting in a chair a lot, it's well worth investing in a good one.

ConsDespite assurances from others this chair creaks & squeaks.Like others some bolts need relocating to allow longer bolts to attach the seat to the mechanism.Underside of the seat mas marked - looked like someone else had tried to assemble, failed & returned.No response at all from customer service when raising the above points.ProsIt's a comfortable seemingly well constructed chair, despite the noise.Revised 27.04.20 - The plastic spacers between the chair & base unit are not strong enough & 3 of 4 have broken with the result the bolts have loosened off, & in one case fallen out.Decent design let down by poor quality fixings & customer service.

Chair seems great but has been shipped with the wrong size screws that attach the tilt mechanism to the chair (can be clearly seen to be the wrong size as they're smaller than the provided "spare"). Will update the review if the manufacturer responds well and will ship me new screws given it can't be disassembled in it's current state thanks to some plastic covers which are snapped on then can't be removed without damaging them.Update:Following communication with the seller, 8 days later I now have the correct screw sizes shipped to me (with a few extra long ones included as well just in case that I appreciated, although didn't need).Now having finally been able to assemble the chair it's very comfortable and super adjustable, I'm very happy with the product just docking the 1 star for the wait due to that unfortunate error.

Having put the chair together earlier today, after a quick test run I have to say I am impressed. It's study and well made, very comfortable. Big upgrade on my previous £50 generic office chair.One point a I will make, had some issues with the assembly. So part and screws come pre-assembled. I had to adjust some of the pre-assembled pieces to actually construct the chair. In addition, some of the screws provided to attach the mechanism to the bottom of the chair weren't long enough. To solve this I used the slighltly longer screws and bolts that had been used (pre-assembled) to attach the arms to the bottom.Hope this helps anyone else with this problem.Overall, fairly happy

What a chair this is! I was looking at high end gaming chairs like noble and secretlab then stumbled across this one, after doing my research I decided to bite the bullet and give it a go and wow what a chair. It's super comfy, if your looking for something you sink into then maybe not the chair for you but it's firm and comfy foam is perfect, add the memory foam back cushion and it's a great seat for all day sitting.The build quality is top notch and a breeze to assemble.This chair looks stunning and even my other half agrees compared to the other wild colourful chairs that other manufacturers seem to be churning out.

I really want to give this chair a good review, but my specific chair is faulty - the seat is wonky and the left side is about an inch lower than the right. I'm 6"5 and have back problems so this unfortunately makes the chair impossible to sit on for more than 10 minutes.I have contacted customer support and will adjust my review accordingly.Otherwise the chair seems great - it feels very sturdy and it's definitely suitable for taller people.

The best chair I ever tried! I didn't own many gaming chairs to compare, but I tried a lot when was considering buying one and this one is far the best of all. The quality, comfort and look is far superior than the rest. Also price is better than the more expensive big label brands. This gaming chair completes my gaming set up 100%.

Had to return it as it was super wide therefore not very ergonomic at all and I'm 6ft tall of a normal build, there was missed stitching and the leather was all gathered up at corners. Maybe I got a bad one in that regard? I got a refund quick so that's a positive...
