Disaster
I didn't notice anything was wrong until I tried to take the barrettes out. Both of them had trapped several strands of my hair on one side and I could not get the barrettes out without cutting my hair. This is just unacceptable. You shouldn't have to cut your hair to get barrettes out.

These tortoise shell clips are very in right now. I was so excited to find them here on amazon. These ones are a little bit oversized and I love that about them. I have thick hair and they stay in well.

Clipped it on a test patch of hair since I've had clips cut my hair before. Yep, they cut my hair. They're very cute and perfect slight oversized so I'm seeing if I can grind the sharp parts down. Otherwise, unwearable because of the cutting issue.
