Great product! As you can see from the pictures they were taken minutes apart! My husband got off work and I asked for his shirt lol, sorry I know its dirty, he works hard. So anyway i said i just want to try this out. I filled it up to right below max, took about 30 seconds for it to heat up. Steam started rushing out, that little thing puts out a lot of steam! Not even 3 minutes later I went ahead and looked at the shirt again nice and smooth. If it wouldnt have been for the smell of a hard days work I would have put it back in the clean clothes lol! Seriously simple to use, comes in nice packaging, works like a charm, I'm so hooked! It is super portable too! To be this small handheld thing I couldn't believe it worked the way it did! Really a great buy!

UPDATE 1/21/21I had to remove two stars. Since the lockdown almost one year ago, this little steamer saw a great reduction in usage. It went from being used a couple of times a week to a couple of times a month. As of this afternoon, the heating element is calling it quits! 18 months is not an acceptable life span for this type of product. I am pretty disappointed at this point and can no longer recommend this product.I wanted a small steamer for home use to freshen clothes between cleanings and use on delicate fabrics that do not iron well. This one had great reviews and I liked the slick look of the black with the gold trim so I decided to give it a try.As soon as I got it I went right to work. I refilled it three times in a row and tried it out on a number of different fabrics to see how it would perform.Wow! This thing's a little powerhouse of a steamer!It heats up in 60 seconds flat and steams its little heart out for 12 minutes or so. So much faster then pulling out the ironing board!Keep in mind that steamers are pretty worthless for cotton button up shirts, most denim and anything linen...but even for such a small steamer it made short work of my cotton tees, silk knits, wool blend suiting pieces, my silk camisoles and blouses...all the pieces that I hate to use the iron on. Plus it is small and super light so it would be great for travel!I can not yet comment on it's longevity, but I really like this thing so far!

I am updating my review. SO, HERE'S MY RECOMMENDATION: It is fine for one steaming session; however it is NECESSARY TO WAIT for the unit to COMPLETELY COOL BEFORE REFILLING for another steam session.Details: Originally the steamer worked okay the first use, not super powerful so you do have to go over the garment slowly but it gets the job done. When it ran out of water in the reservoir I waited a couple of minutes for it to cool then refilled the steamer and turned it back on. After doing so, the steamer starting spewing hot water, so much so it emptied the reservoir within 60 seconds and I ended up mopping up water off of the floor. I did not overfill and it was upright while spewing. The company was very concerned and sent me a new steamer and asked me to try it again. They really do have great customer service. When I received the replacement steamer it worked fine at first, but upon refilling the reservoir for a second steam session, the same thing happened. After waiting 20 minutes for the steamer to completely cool, I tried it again and it worked perfectly fine.

I had issues with my initial steamer not completely getting the wrinkles out of some materials.After my review I received an email from the seller asking if there was anything they can do to assist me.The customer service was PHENOMENAL. Their company has to be one of the most customer service based driven brands out. After a few emails back and forth I received my replacement steamer and it worked to perfection. Even if the replacement steamer I received didn’t do the job I would’ve changed my review to 5/5 just for the simple fact that they could’ve easily let me return the item and move on to a new brand. Instead they took care of my need andIt’s compact and easy to store. I love not having to use an iron anymore. Thank you for your immediate concern. You’ve got a life time customer.

I am a designer and seamstress and needed a portable steamer for when I’m on the road. This steamer is so easy to use my 8 year old does it for me! Just fill it up, turn it on, wait a minute and steam. It does a good job and is very small and easy to use. The dress in the photos is made from cotton modal and the wrinkles practically fell out of it while using this little steamer. Very pleased with the results

I’ve been wanting a smaller steamer for awhile now - GET THIS ONE! It’s so perfect. It’s handheld function is perfect so i don’t have to lug around a big pole and water bucket. It’s not loud either, sometimes smaller products are loud when working and that can be annoying. It steamed my shower curtain perfectly. Also worked well on my nice work clothes that i can’t iron!Highly recommend this. This would be great for a college student who doesn’t want to iron or just needs a quick steaming on curtains or such! Highly recommend

We are remodeling our entire home, I purchased this steamer to use on all of our new curtains.I used it as soon as it arrived, our shower curtain has been hanging for a few months, I thought the steam from the shower would take the wrinkles out, no such luck. I used the steamer quickly on our shower curtain and it did an amazing job! The steamer took about 1 minute to heat up and I was able to get my shower curtain wrinkle free in a matter of a few minutes. The steamer is light weight, easy to use and very compact for storage.

Smaller than it looks in the image but that is actually a benefit as it is easier to handle. Creates enough steam in a minute to smooth out wrinkles in a dress shirt.
