Super cute cup. This cup is a nice size and is absolutely adorable. The quality of the cup is top-tier and also the lid fits securely. This cup is just adorable.

I like the look and the size

I now have 3 of these. 0ne from two yrs ago, one from last yr, & my new one. I can't tell newest from oldest. Ice water or tea, or hot coffee. Pretty &practical. My favoriteinsulated mug.

Cute and love the idea but after a few washes it is starting to leak when i shake it

These are good looking cups and the upcharge was okay to get ones we like. The body design gives an upgraded appearance and the tumblers (2 mos. of use) are functioning fine. I like that the "sippy hole" actually delivers a good amount of liquid without have to fight. The only thing I would improve on would be the shape. I think the design is considering usage in car cup holder and we think it is too tall for that. For our exclusive in - home use a little shorter and slightly wider would appeal more. I understand most people probably take in the car so this is entirely personal. I recommend this cup. 5/26/2023 Update: Not sure I recommend now. My wife and I both agreed the lid closure tab looked poorly designed and we chose to use the two cups we bought without "snapping" the lid fully closed. A few days ago I finally decided to close it and SURE ENOUGH mine broke on the SECOND TRY right at the groove in the end of the latch. We could not have made a more precise prediction! I got a quick reply to my complaint from Cupture that was not satisfactory. It was more or less a tutorial on how to use the closure tab. I would not think a tumbler user would need instruction of any kind to use one the most common products a person purchases. I rewrote the company and have not heard from them since. I did ask for a replacement lid which may have hurt their feelings. It has ended up being an unsatisfying experience due to corporate communication and product support.

It's NOT worth $18! Double-walled but not as good as many others and mainly the stainless steel brands. Again, not worth the price. I'm returning it.

I have a system with 3 of these for work. 1 I call my brew cup-love that I can steep my tea right in the cup without melting it! The 2nd & 3rd cups I alternate filling with ice to pour my brewed tea over & using as my active drinking cup. It might seem like a lot of work, but this way I'm never without a healthy & hydrating beverage. No more waiting for tea to brew, then cool before I can drink it, & it is a great size-fits in my car holder, big enough to quench my thirst & still have enough left over that I'm not always running to get more water. Really love that I can drink hot & cold out of the same cup if I feel like something hot, too. I don't really use the straw, but I like that it comes with one if I wanted to use it. The flippy thing that stops it from spilling can be a mild challenge to snap closed sometimes, but I've found if you don't hear it snap (or click) then stop for a second, look at it & close it again-you'll most likely get the snap/click then. I have also used it with hot cocoa & cider packets-make sure the cap is on straight, & shake it up-it mixes really well! (That's also how I dissolve my sugar packets before putting in the tea bags. DON'T SHAKE WITH TEA BAGS, though, unless you like drinking loose tea. I learned the hard way! lol)

This is a gift for my wife, so I can't comment on the practicality of drinking from it, but I opened the box and took a look and it's wonderful quality, the lid has a satisfying snap when closing although I wouldn't suggest carelessly throwing it into a backpack because the edge of the flap could catch on something in transit and open in said bag, but it would surely hold up to a fall off a table or a knock over. I strongly recommend this for the price and the size that you get, as well as the color choices. I'm definitely going to buy myself one.

I did a search for "crystal", the description is misleading. I thought it was glass. I feel ripped off.

Product is cheaper quality than expected. Paid way too much for what I got. Not impressed at all.
