ease of use for non geeks
picture quality is wonderful as is ease of use. it was more expensive than competitors but personally think it was worth every penny. brings joy to see old photos popping up randomly.

It was awesome. Until it wasn't.
Disappointed. Bought this as a gift for my mother. Gave it to her for Christmas. Worked great for. Few months. She lost power one day and it never came back up. It's locked on a logo screen when you turn it on and it will not do anything. Unable to reload it.

Easy to Send Photos
Bought this for my mother in law and she loves when we send new photos while we are away. You need to download an app to send the photos. Works great and will buy for others as a gift.

headache to set up
this is a headache to set up, lots of fiddling and finangling involved, but once I finally got it set up it was great.

Quit after 5 months
We purchased this for our 96 year old grandmother. She loved it and it worked beautifully until she moved from her home to assisted living. After she moved, it would no longer connect to the wifi. We have contacted customer support at Frameo and have been told that it is a hardware problem. I cannot get in contact with Dhwazz. I am disappointed.

Died after 6 months
Would not recommend this product. It died after 6 months. Liked the frame at first. It was easy to add photos through the app. Bought in Sept and it's now March and the frame froze and then died. Tried resetting and unplugging and no response. Disappointed.

Great frame
Bought as a gift for a family member that moved out of the country. Easy set up, able to send pictures to the frame with the app!
