Professional and Friendly after sales service.
Bought in November 20 but only started using recently and discovered 3/6 leaking bottles. However, the rest were good value and quality and fit for purpose. I gave 5 stars for the customer service which was professional, friendly with prompt communication. They gave me refund even after several months and reassured me that bottle leakage does happen but not at all often. Would recommend and I would not let a manufacturing fault put me off buying again as this happens in every line of manufacturing.

Cheap, bottles are good, droppers are not great..
Quality of the glass is great, however the droppers do leak, no matter how careful you are when on the go... These were supposed to be used to make up some xmas gifts but I will have to get something else, they are fine for home use provided they stay the right way up, I will say the droppers could be a tad bit longer it makes it hard to get to the oil at the bottom.So 3 stars as could be better.

Good quality - would buy again.
Very pleased with these bottles, which seem to be professional quality. Heavy weight brown glass with inserts in the neck to catch drips as you remove the bottle stopper. The tops are sturdy and once screwed onto the bottle, forms a ring seal which snaps off when opened for the first time to show whether the bottle has been tampered with. I’m using for storing essential oil blends and very happy with them. Securely packaged and the box comes with a plastic pipette. I’d happily buy again.

It's all lies!
The product description says different sizes and numbers of bottles compared to the one next to the title and the pipette size is different from the one described so it doesn't reach the bottom and the ends are curved, not straight. They leak and it is really hard to empty them. So many lies in one add...Sheesh!
