Perfect size and perfect fit
I bought the mount and the Givi box, because I liked the first Givi box I bought 3 years ago. The first box ended up being too small for 3 and 4 day adventure rides. The larger box is perfect for all my small items that I need to get to while on the road or trail. Very strong design with easy to use mono key for box to mount and box lid.

Worth the money
This is as nice as it gets. The install is slick once you get the necessary base installed. Easy on and off. Lots of room in this model, but doesn't seem to bother me or a rider. Installed the back rest pad. The bike fell over while parked and the case was not damaged. I hesitated, but glad I went with this!

Great Product
Love the volume. I got this to upgrade from a smaller version because my helmet, pants, and jacket wouldn't fit. Fits with a little room to spare in this one.Great system for the brake light add on too. I really like the contacts that keep extra wires out of the trunk and make removal easy and the knock outs for the wire contacts. Also got the backrest which makes a big difference for a passenger.My one complaint and reason for not giving 5 stars is the installation instructions are a joke! Photo copy of pictures only. I have assembled and installed many things with instructions that were only pictures and these are terrible. Many companies now have minimal paper instructions but most have extensive instructional videos on their website that make the install a breeze. Givi needs to get on the ball and post install videos on their website. The privately posted stuff out there is not good and some of it is not accurate. Considering the cost and quality of Givi products it's not a big ask for them to post install videos.

Fits a case of beer.
This thing has huge room. Fits my large LS2 Valiant II and wife’s small Bell full face with room for other smaller items. Silver accents slightly different than factory side cases. Mounting plate, sold separately, needed two longer m6 bolts to secure lower braces (30mm) if you have the side cases. Looks good and feels secure.

Stellar customer service
I love this Givi Maxia 4 case. This is my third. The others have been bashed up because of stupid car drivers. But I love that it "takes the heat" because it's so big, and minimizes damage on my Suzuki Burgman 400 scoot. I initially had a problem when I bought this one, because it didn't fit into my my previous mono-key, and immediately contacted seller. Who immediately responded, saying that if I could send further details / photos/ videos, he would contact Givi to get a new mount (for free). When I calmed down, and went back the next day, I discovered that my previous Mono-keys were mounted for lights. This one wasn't. So the electrical plate was causing an obstruction. I wish that was clearer in the description, but I'm very happy with both Givi and this seller.

Trying to return
The seller did not provide a return label as promised, so now I am unable to return this item. This product did not work for me and I would like a return. It is not fair that I did not receive a return label from the seller as promised

Well packaged, Looks good, feels good quality, justifiable priced.
Better than expected as I could see this lasting the life of the bike as owners report passing 300,000 miles. Beware the silver panels that wraps around the bottom portion are know to pop out during shipping so all I did is push it back in, now it's flush and never have to deal with misalignment or closing issues.
