The media could not be loaded.  Works really well, however, it does take a few minutes for the smoke to fill up the chamber and come through.

Takes a few minutes for it to start flowing down, but it works perfectly. Excellent gift for my friend, she loves it. Enough room to cleanse a few stones/crystals in the smoke dish.

Took a second to start and has to light then place over the hole after the smoke started. The effect was exactly what I was hoping for I wish the incense was better scents. I'll try to add a video.

Cool conversational piece, but doesn’t work well. Smoke barley comes out of it and only for about a minute.

Product description clearly says 10 backflow incense cones included but none were in package

Product works as advertised, but the smell from the incense is horrible. Not worth it.
