Duchy Originals Organic Original Oaten Biscuits, 5.3-Ounce

They are delicious and healthy. The oats are better than wheat and they are not too sweet. The Duchy Originals Original Oaten Biscuits are versatile; they go well with cheese, jam or with just a cup of tea. I used to buy them at a local store, but they haven't been available for 10 years since that store closed. They are just as delicious now as then and are better than other biscuits made with wheat and more sugar. When I bought them years ago, they were organic. It would be great if organic biscuits were available now.

I ordered these with high hopes of them being good but was very disappointed because these taste like a high fiber cardboard. Will never order again. Ended up throwing them out they tasted that awful.

This is my first experience with Prince Charles brand "Duchy Originals".Taste wise, I don't think we have anything in the US to it to. My best description is that it's a cross between a shortbread cookie, and a Nairn's brand (Scottish) "oatcake cracker" (which you can also find on Amazon).The oat taste is prominent at first, but quickly mellows out into a buttery shortbread aftertaste. I most like the fact that the ingredients are minimal (not a bunch of added unhealthy garbage like the majority of ones you find here), yet healthy! The texture is a bit fragile (thankfully my order came mostly in tact); so keep this in mind when trying to spread something on it.In conclusion, this is versatile enough to pass for a cracker or a cookie; eat plain, or enjoy with your choice of savory or sweet toppings!I'd definitely like to try some other products in this line!!

Being gullible, I bought these on a whim because the description revealed that King Charles liked these. First off they are expensive, however the proceeds go to one of the King's charities, so that's how I legitimized the purchase. The biscuits, or cookies (by US standards,) were crunchy, and not sweet by American standards, which fancies me just fine and the blander taste brought out the flavor of the tea, which was a pleasant surprise--I really enjoyed drinking the tea! I tried one with a cup of coffee and later with a cup of tea. So, in conclusion, a pleasant and beneficial alternative to the sugary snacks we consume, and a flavor and texture that is much more complimentary to tea than coffee. Will I buy these again? Maybe. They were excellent with tea. I am more of a coffee drinker, so they probably won't be a staple in my pantry and they were expensive.

These are excellent and very British. They aren't very sweet which I like, they are unique here in the USA as there is not another cookie (biscuit) like these available in the US. These are way better than the shortbread Duchy biscuits in my opinion.

The cookies were stale. We did not even finish eating one of them.

These biscuits are good, but nowhere near worth what anyone outside the UK or possibly the EU has to pay for them. I bought them simply because I respect what Prince Charles has done to promote organic and ecologically responsible farming. Frankly, I am disappointed in the taste and quality. Perhaps my box was stale and not representative of what one actually would get if purchased more locally. In future, I'd give these a pass unless you are in the UK.

The product was just o.k., nothing that sticks in your mind to purchase again. They were a little expensive for the amount you got, and a little dry. Not anything I would recommend to friends.

We love these biscuits..anything by Duchy. Wish they were easier to find. But this was great delivery, and totally enjoyed. Will be back!

カラス麦を使用しているのでザックリした歯ごたえで腹持ちがよく（薄力粉に比べ食物繊維が多いからかな？）、ヨーグルトと果物と一緒に朝食にすることもあります。他の種類より、かなり素朴な味です。チーズやオードブルと一緒にワインといただくのも美味しいです。私の評価は★5なのですが、主人は『美味しいけど、もっとお菓子っぽい味がイイ』ということで★4の評価にしました。
