I have been using this for about a month now and i think it works great.This really suppresses your appetite. I take this with a glass of apple cider vinegar and 8oz of water and this stuff cleans me out and keeps me feeling full, which in turn keeps me from overeating. I having weighed myself but my family members and friends are noticing a change in my weight! I would recommend this as a great appetite reducer.

Don't believe all the hype. The pounds won't just fall off you like in the ads. It does curb my appetite and with smaller food portions and moderate excercise I have lost weight and I am sure that this product is a proponent in that process. Remember, this is not a magic pill, it is a component in a weight loss regime and as this I recommend it. Just don't expect miracles.

Not pleased! Just did not make a difference. I need to lose the last 10 lbs. and hoped for an extra boost. No boost at all!

I got the bottle today looks like they gave me three extra pills! since I'm ocd I count a lot lol nd ofcorse counted them cant wait to try this with some apple cider vinegar :) I know this product isn't magical so I don't expect drastic changes hopfully it will help with my work outs :) thank Nattura

I honestly don't think this works at all. Tried it, and seems like a sham. Doesn't reduce your appetite or anything. I wish these worked, but they don't.
