Disappointing. After reading countless reviews on watches, we went ahead with this one due to price and other fun features. Sad to say that after a couple weeks the games were glitchy but most importantly, CALLING DOES NOT WORK. When tested at home on the first day, everything seemed to be fine. Not so.It advertises that this watch includes "voice chat" (ability to text the watch and their response comes back as a voice recording) but this is not so. You cannot send a text which is a big problem. It is not always appropriate to call. Usually you just need to send a quick message back and forth.BTW, there is no GPS of LBS (which I knew when I ordered). Being that our kid is nearly 12, we did not see it as a priority to have this feature. Just a heads up for anyone who desires this feature.

My son is 8 years old, and this is very easy for him to use. I purchased the speed talk SIM card for $5 dollars that comes with 100 mins, it was very easy to activate. He is able to receive and make calls. I am very happy with this purchase. He has games on the watch he plays with, he takes pictures while we go for hikes. The battery has a good life span.

This is the perfect gift for my daughter. It has an amazing color screen that shows the time nice and big. It come with a charger wire as well. The watch comes with a camera, step count, audio, games and much more. Super excited with this purchase!

I bought this for my son and returned it, the description said it had a GPS and could be used for a phone. I bought the recommended sim cards it didn't work I returned the watch but was out money on the sims cards and there is not a gos tracker on it

I'm disappointed, I was looking for a waterproof watch for my 6 years old son, and the description said that it is, but in reality... the watch stopped working after first try... didn't even last 5 minutes...

My kid loves it a lot! It comes with so many functions that I cannot imagine them on a kid watch for this price! The music album come with several songs that my son just keeps playing to listen. And the camera works well to take pictures.

I connected sim card okay. Trying to add some music. Did it with power off. See that the other songs are MP3. How do i get a few songs on the watch?

Guess what, we didn't install sim card but my son was able to call 911 by this watch, so it's good to keep him safe
