First if all you have to read the fine print in the photos of the product. No where else will you read it. Even though it is a prime product only 1 of the 4 boxes will come by your guaranteed delivery date. The other 3 boxes will arrive the next week or so. Very odd set up. So don't expect it on time. The setup and install was pretty easy but was missing 10 springs. It took about another week for them to come in. So all In all it took 3 weeks before i thought it would be here until the kids actually got to use it. Looks and works good just frustrating shipping process and missed kids bday party surprise. Wife was pissed.

Smaller than I thought. You need two strong people to assembly a few parts of the frame. The instructions needed to be more than just pictures because we had to take several pieces apart and reassemble. I hate the door on the net. The trampoline came all banged up which made me sad. But it has a great balance.

The product is great. However when it was delivered the box was completely mangled. It was almost impossible to move from the front door.

We love the end product though it was somewhat difficult to assemble because the main supporting frame was difficult to line up and screw together. The box was missing 1 pole so the net setup isn't yet complete. I would like to hear back from Amazon or Crinex to get me the missing part.
