Its back, by popular demand! Especially for our fans of exotic meats... Venison Biltong. A marriage of US exotic meat and South African biltong genius. This exotic little morsel is in our opinion fairly close to a delicious Springbok biltong, but is more tender. And no we did not shoot the deer ourselves for this. The meat we used is certified natural tender venison, supplied by a registered USDA supplier of course. The cost is not the same as for regular beef biltong but then again neither is the taste. It is a truly tasty, rich, lean meat. Tender and pleasant to chew and swallow. It does not have a strong 'gameness' either. All together a delicious experience. ENJOY FOLKS!
