Perfect fit on 2004 Grizzly 660
The instructions are clear. The fit is great. The price is too high. The American way.Really though. The filter is attached by pressure fitting into a slot under the main intake and a fin in the near back of the air filter box. The stock filter uses the same setup. Lots of people here have complained that the fit is bad. If your filter box is warped or melted or something, you're right, the fit will be wonky. Mine went in with just fine. Follow the instructions and use the gasket grease.I am so dang happy to not be using the stupid oily foam anymore I cant see straight. Having a filter that you can use water to wash out is fantastic. I was replacing the foam filters every oil change because they are so poorly built that they tear and seams give out. K&N hasn't let me down yet. There are tests that show that the K&N let in slightly coarser particulates than paper or oil filters, but compare that to the size of exhaust particulates. Guess what? Little to no difference. So the debate of whether or not these filters are safe for your engine is really up to you, but for me, I've had one on my truck for 13 years, going strong. I'm happy with it.

Works very well
Installed this on my 2002 Yamaha Grizzly YFM660. It had been running poorly in a lean condition for some time, popping back through the carb. The OEM filter was a little loose. Removed and it had deteriorated at the front gasket, closest to the carb. The foam material was falling apart. Apparently this caused air leakage into the carb, and the 660 engine does not like that, causes it to run lean. On the new K&N filter, a front gasket (2 are included) must be installed on the front of the filter, and then coat that with the included K&N filter grease. Installation is VERY tight. It took some doing to get that assembly into the air box, but it went. Buttoned it all up, fired up the engine, and the lean running issues were gone. These filters are expensive, but in my case it was well worth it.

Not bad, but not great
It did fit my 2006 grizzly 660, but the rubber ends were very uneven so I had to shave the rubber ends for it to fit.

doesn't fit
Like other said it doesn't fit correctly on my 2005 Yamha raptor 350. Rubber is too wide and I had to cut it to fit. Not sure if it is going to seal properly. Really disappointed spending 65 dollars for this and it doesn't even fit.
