Slices with ease, great for transferring cropped items to a pan, and is razor sharp. I am a knife maker, and this is worth every penny.

This is a great example of a Sebian cleaver, or Serbian chef's knife. I was intrigued by the shape of it while FB inundated my feed with ads from another brand I'll not mention (if you're here, it's probably because you've seen the ads too). A little digging quickly confirmed my suspicion that those are garbage, so I set out to find a quality knife of the same design. This is it. Fit and finish is great, sheath is better than it looks in the pictures, and it surprisingly came with a razor sharp convex edge. Very well done. It's a big knife, so agile isn't a word I'd use to describe it. But it is lighter and more maneuverable than you'd imagine. Chops meat as you'd expect. Got very thin shavings off a cabbage as well. Pay $110 for this $110 knife rather than spending $90 on a $20 knife from the other place. Well worth it.

It’s a good knife and the quality of the blade is great, I received mine today and I started using it right away. The stealth came in damaged tho. The leather tread was broken.

It’s a little big and takes some getting use to but it’s awesome.

Use this knife as a chef knife more than anything. It’s great for vegetables and meat alike. Very strong, very sharp, better than the knockoff version circulating on fb ads selling for $80. This is a much better product, however, the ergonomics are not good, straight handle/tang makes for an odd grip with a knife that is much bigger, taller, heavier than you expect. Have to choke up on it all the way for more control. Gave 1 star for ergonomics, 4 stars overall and very pleased outside of the 1 major flaw making this a straight handle. Suggest hand washing before use as mine arrived covered in oil for its own preservation & protection. You cannot utilize this knife cutting on a large dinner plate, this knife is massive. Need to utilize cutting board or cutting sheet.

I have not used this knife yet as it is a gift, but saw one being used last week and tried it. Seemed like a great fit and really did a good job. I ordered one and it came within days, in a nice cardboard box. The knife was wrapped and had an oil coat to protect it. Anyone who knows anything about knives should know that carbon steel will rust if not dried immediately and given a thin coat of oil.

Crap. Rusts. Dull. Sheath buttons damaged in shipping. Biggest piece of s&$@ I’ve bought in a long time.

刃の造りは雑ですが、砥げば結構切れます。中華包丁のように幅が有るので大きな野菜も簡単に切れます。

凄い存在感！早速使ってみましたが、切れること切れること！刃先は鋭くアゴに近づくほどハマグリに刃がつけられています。
