Best GF bread I have found
I love this bread, especially toasted. It does not take long to make and raises well. I have found it to be pretty fool proof. It is not cheap, but then I haven't seen a good quality GF bread that is cheap. I just don't share it with non GF people. I have become accustomed to not eating bread most of the time, so I just make a loaf once in awhile. It is best fresh with butter or later toasted with peanut butter and homemade jelly, or butter and jelly.

Wet,Gummy,not real tasty
This bread kinda turned out flat-I mean it didn't rise much and was kinda wet and gummy.I did follow the instructions.Maybe you could improvise and mix this flour yourself with other Gluten-free blends to make it useable, other than that I'm not real impressed and it's kinda expensive.

Superior quality and taste
I recently became aware that I had an allergy to wheat, rye, barley & corn. You can imagine how difficult it is to find products that don't have any of these ingredients in them. Alas, I came across this product and I am beyond thrilled! The taste & texture are full bodied and satisfyingly delicious. It works beautifully in bread machine & the pancake recipe is wonderful (and I don't typically like pancakes)! I use this product in place of traditional flour in all my recipes.Since removing wheat, rye, barley & corn from my diet my taste profiles have been elevated, I am more easily satiated and eating less.I highly recommend this product for everyone whether you have food allergies or not! Superior quality, superior taste!!

We love this bread and make it weekly
I purchased this product at Homegoods at a discount to try first. I am the founder of Zemas Madhouse Foods, a line of ancient grain, gluten free baking mixes also sold on Amazon, so I am a very tough critic on other gluten-free products. i look for overall health and nutrition of the products I purchase for my family of 5 kids(none of my kids need to eat gluten free, I raise them this way, BUT only on nutrient dense ingredients). We love this bread and make it weekly. It's great with butter, dipped in olive oil or as a sandwich bread. I appreciate the ingredients as well. Great job!

Good bread. Top falls
I have Crohn's disease so gluten is out. This stuff I seem to do ok with though. Very hearty bread. Only problem is the top falls in every time I make it in my bread maker leaving like a cavity in the top. Don't know how to stop that?

The buckwheat bread I made with this was very good with a much better texture and taste than the one I had made with some buckwheat flour I had purchased from a grocery store.
