Preserved SALTED Radish, Chopped/Minced Dried Asian Radish Vegan/Vegetarian Friendly, 8oz / 277g (Pack of 1) Product of Taiwan

I use this product in one of my favorite recipes, Pad Thai. I was pleasantly surprised to find this, as it was a totally new ingredient for me. I keep it in the freezer since I use it so infrequently. It doesn’t freeze solid, so it’s easy to portion it for my recipe. I would like to try it in other recipes.

Accidentally ordered this to cook Pad Thai, but need to get SWEET pickled radish instead. The product itself is fine, just for other dishes.

This item came moist & squishy. Since it is supposed to be dried radish I assume there is something wrong with it. No expiration date on package.

Good flavor

The product came expired with a badly taped newer expiration date covering the old one (see pics). It expired over a month before I got it.

I got the product 5 days ago and found it spoiled as I opened it yesterday. I have to throw it away because this can not be returned or refund.

I’m certain this unopened product shouldn’t smell like death right?

As a Taiwanese, I throw all of them to the trashcan after wasting 6 eggs.
