TKO contains oil from pure Antarctic krill, tiny crustaceans that thrive in the frigid waters of the Antarctic. Unlike fish oil, the Omega-3 fatty acids in TKO (Total Krill Oil) are carried to your body's cells in phospholipid form making them easily absorbable. Unlike capsules, caplets and "capliques", soft-gels are quickly dissolved in the stomach, leading to rapid absorption of Total Krill Oil. Remember, oils are not water soluble.
