Best dust mask for Burning Man
I have worn Wolfsnouts at Burning Man for 4 of the 8 years I have gone. The ultrafine dust at Burning Man is notoriously ferocious and pervasive, as well as caustic. I have tried many types of masks, Wolfsnout is by far the best: comfortable, light, small and easy to keep in a pocket, rugged enough to use for several years, and, most importantly, keeps out the most dust. Last year I was in the temple for a 3 hour near white-out dust storm - No problem breathing with Wolfsnout. I bring 2 each year in case I lose one, and have given 2 to campmates. Great for mowing the yard.
I mow the yard with the wolfsnout mask. I have horrible allergies, so between this and a pair of goggles, I manage to keep everything out. It basically just feels like a soft foam and it fits over your mouth and just under your nostrils. After about an hour or so of Louisiana heat and humidity, is when I start to actually really notice while breathing. The only complaint I really have is that its a one size fits all and sometimes the strap starts to slip, which makes the mask not fit well. When it starts to slip down, it also pulls on my ears.

Great yardwork dust mask for people with seasonal allergies
I suffer from some pretty serious seasonal allergies, so every spring when I break out the lawn mower the pollen brings me down like Mike Tyson. I was looking for an alternative to the less fashionable (and disposable) filter masks and saw that the Wolfsnout was pretty highly recommended on some gardening websites. I decided to give it a try and I'm happy I did. The mask fits comfortably and I have no issues breathing through it and no problems with it fogging up my sunglasses. I wish I would have found this product sooner. Highly recommended!

I love this thing
I love this thing! I was using the typical ones and they never seemed to fit right or always got in the way of my sunglasses. This fits perfectly and blocks everything I have thrown at it. We ride our side by side and 4 wheeler a lot in the UP and I always seem to be following my brother as he knows exactly where we are going. This has just worked beautifully for the dust and dirt.

This is the second one I have purchased for my husband. We own a lawn service...the dust & pollen is horrible when he’s mowing! The wolf snout has been a life saver for him! It fits a bit snug but better that than too loose! Easy to clean! A drop of dish detergent, run it under water, air dry!A little pricey! But cheaper than buying all that sinus & allergy medicine!When he wears this one out... I’ll be purchasing again!

Works very well in the dry dust of AZ, especially in a convoy situation. Sounds weird but breathing in through the mouth and out through the nose works best for me with the Wolfsnout. Works very well in dust storms on foot as well. On the cold mornings it'll keep your face warm as you ride. After rides I dust it out with a compressor blast or rise with warm water. It has kept it's product integrity for two months of very heavy use. I did not expect it to hold very well based upon it's appearance. I was proven very wrong. I am very happy with this product. It's perfect for group riding in a very dusty environment, it is easy to clean and maintain. Friends have now made this purchase and are very happy as well. I will purchase again, once it breaks down.
