Use with caution
They are OK for older toddlers but I wouldn't let them sleep in it unless directly withing your line of vision. They could be a suffocation risk if the child turns their head to face the side. Good for keeping them in a midline position whilst you are watching them though.

New born small head not fits
I ordered this to make baby head shape. Quality of product is fine but detachable straps are not adjustable for small head, baby with small head can move easily.
