As a guy who is in the early stages of bulking up, I needed something that was great tasting, loaded with calories and protein and this stuff is perfect.The bag states take 2 x 140g scoops with 300ml water but those servings as absolutely ridiculous. Two scoops fills my 600ml gym bottle more than halfway, so to mix in a further 300ml is impossible.Instead I’ve been taking one scoop (140g) with 300ml and it’s a great balance. I use FitnessPal and by doing one scoop you’re still getting in over 500 calories and over 20g protein.I went for white chocolate in error and it actually tastes great.

I’ve tried plenty of protein powders from plenty of different company’s and I can comfortably say the taste of this white chocolate is one of the worst. That being said, if you can look past the taste and actually use the protein for what it’s intended, it does the job.

A decent calorie packed serving in just 300/400ml.Mixes really quick and has no clumps or lumps. Tastes just as described no powdery taste.Contrary to another review, no it does not alter your body odour in any way, maybe needs medical attention.The shakes are smooth, taste well and calorie packed - just as intended.

I want to start off by saying that I’m not new to weight gainer shakes and have been consuming them for the last five years and have tried multiple brands never having any issues. This particular brand however should not even be listed on Amazon. After three days of consuming it my body odour has completely changed to a horrible smell which I can only describe as a strong damp rotting caramel chemical smell, similar to the powder itself but 100x worse. I also started to get acne, and this was after just three days! It’s been four weeks since I’ve stopped consuming the shake, and my body odour is only just staring to return to normal even though the smell is still there and I fear it has permanently changed my body smell. I’ve never had any issues with body odour until I consumed this shake. I’m not sure what sweeteners and ingredients they use but based on my experience, this shake is dangerous

I actually think this is really good. Ive ignored the instructions on the bag, as two scoops is far to much. I use one scoop, with 600ml of water, its still sweet, but not as bad as it would be following the instruction's. i have one shake in the morning, then one in the evening. really bumps up my calorie, and protein intake. Salted caramel is actually very nice.
