How much are you actually getting? The ad clearly States in multiple places this is for 4 count of 3.5 pound bags but reviews say completely different

I reordered a 26lb bag of beneful healthy weight, which i got the first order. this time they sent me 3.5lb. bag and charged me $26.00 for the 3.5lb!
