If you don't like Blue Cheese....try this! You can. eat it as is and it is nothing lie the store bought junk. I bought this for my husband for Christmas and it is amazing. Well worth very penny. Smooth and absolutely delicious!!!!!!!! Thank yo for sending me this. I will order again.

Ordered this based on a friend's suggestion, but I was hesitant as I don't love blue cheese. I'm glad I got this, because it's fantastic. It's a blue cheese for people who love blue cheese, and for people who don't usually like blue cheese. Incredibly creamy. Great taste. Great on crackers with a little honey drizzled. It has started turning me on to other blue cheeses.

This is by far the best blue cheese I have ever had. Unfortunately I was not able to enjoy this time because it arrived far above the safe food handling temperature. After contacting the seller they responded that room temperature is the best way to eat this cheese. However, I don’t know how long it was above 40 degrees and couldn’t not eat it. My second inquiry to this seller has gone unanswered. I would not purchase from them again given their lack of willingness to correct the issue.

Great packaging, excellent quality, wonderful flavor

This them it’s delicious blue cheese I’ve ever had. It so creamy and just the right level of tang. Plus it’s VERY hard to find in stores. And this vendor sells it at competitive prices.

Bought this for my boyfriend. I was going to do a charcuterie board and tastings. We had some troubles though. I bought him three pounds of different ones. Got back together. He ate them all in less than three weeks! I asked which he liked best, but he said, idk, they’re all good, kinda rich. We broke up again. Not buying another unappreciative dude cheese again!! Especially one who can’t savor good cheese! What’s wrong with people!?
