UPDATE written on 8/18/19:After contacting the seller to inform them what had gone wrong, they requested us to consider keeping the damaged chair stating they would send the needed parts along with an instruction video on how to do the repairs ourselves. We consulted with the recipient of our gifted chair to see if he would be interested in this arrangement but at 97 and sure of what he wants, he insisted that he wanted it to be returned. So we contacted the seller again to explain the situation. The seller then made arrangements to provide us with a prepaid label and a toll free number of the carrier to call to have it picked up. This is excellent customer service, and we commend this seller for his appropriate response. Today we received a notice from amazon stating that a full refund has been issued. We recommend this seller as worthy to do business with, as they stand by their product and provided excellent service. And by the way, we actually bought two chairs. The one that worked from the get-go is operating beautifully and our 97 year old friend LOVES it.8/12/19: It arrived looking okay, and putting it together was not too hard, but the heat & massage doesn't work and the electrical cord makes popping sounds like it's going to catch on fire!! Bought this chair for a very small elderly friend of ours who is 97 years old and weighs less than 100 pounds, under 5 feet tall, but the chair won't work for him. A real disappointment. Will update this review after we hear back from the seller to see how easy it is to get it returned.

It is Amazing !!! This chair is too comfortable to sit. Despite its weight, it only took me five minutes to assemble, it is very quiet when the chair is lift or recline, it is not as loud as I expected by the way. The material of the backrest is very suit my favor, much more comfortable than leather and much more aesthetics than leather seats, The chair comes with wheels and is very convenient to move. Unlike a leather chair, this chair is also waterproof. When I searched for chairs on Amazon, I saw that many merchants have similar products, but they do not provide heating and massage functions. Even if the prices are similar, to be honest, you should lie in bed if you do not need a chair that can heat and massage. I Highly recommend this product, it's worth it.

Very contemporary. Simple and not overstuffed. Small enough to fit in any space. Color is more royal blue that blue/green as noted.

I like the fact is reclines to a 'nap' position. I would like it more if the back was higher to protect my neck when sitting upright.

This is a perfect size recliner for a smaller room. It fits perfectly. We bought this as a Christmas present for my mother in law. Its very nice but does have a few drawbacks. 1) The buttons on the remote are hard for her to press as she has arthritis. 2) It sits back (probably so that it can recline) but we had to put pillows behind her so that she would be comfortable. She uses a walker and the chair does move easily when she gets up. We need to add something to the bottom so that it doesnt move as much. But we do like it and the price makes it well worth it!

The chair is beautiful (blue-green) but was slightly defective. In the end, I decided not to keep it. When I contacted the company, they were incredibly helpful, providing an immediate refund. When I mentioned that I couldn't lift the chair anyway, they said to keep it. I was very impressed.

My mom's chair lasted 1 year and 3 months. The company determined by my email that the remote needed replacing and the cost would be about $50. The company is very polite and professional but I'm uncertain what I will do at this point. My mom loved the chair, the color, the style and that it is waterproof.Original:Easy to put together but my mom is only 4'10" and her feet dangle almost a foot above the floor if she sits all the way back. It doesn't lift enough to get her feet closer so she has to "drop" to the floor when she is getting up.By small, they mean weight, not height.
